Lisa Friedman, LCSW, Jeffrey Jabick, LMHC, and Amanda Osher, LMHC provide psychotherapy and counseling services in Plantation, Florida. We work with clients dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, medical issues, grief, divorce, work-life balance, and a variety of other concerns. We utilize a toolbox approach (eccletic) to assist our clients. This approach entails a thorough assessment and collaborating with the client to find which therapuetic tools will be utilized. We teach coping tools so our clients can feel empowered to problem solve outside of our office.
